Article 1 – Identity of the Entrepreneur

Article 2 – Applicability

  1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance agreement and order concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

  2. Before a distance agreement is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer.



Article 3 – The Offer

  1. If an offer has a limited validity or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.

  2. All offers are non-binding. The entrepreneur is entitled to modify and adjust the offer.

  3. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the offered products and/or services. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow the consumer to make a proper assessment of the offer. If images are used, these are a truthful representation of the offered products and/or services. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.

  4. All images and specification data in the offer are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.

  5. Product images are a truthful representation of the offered products. The entrepreneur cannot guarantee that the displayed colors exactly match the actual colors of the products.



Article 4 – The Agreement

  1. The agreement, subject to the provisions in paragraph 4, is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions stated.

  2. If the consumer accepts the offer electronically, the entrepreneur will immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance electronically. Until the receipt of this acceptance is confirmed by the entrepreneur, the consumer may dissolve the agreement.

  3. If the agreement is concluded electronically, the entrepreneur will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the electronic transmission of data and ensure a safe web environment. If the consumer can pay electronically, the entrepreneur will apply appropriate security measures.



Article 5 – Delivery

  1. Delivery is carried out only after the order amount has been paid.

  2. The entrepreneur will exercise the utmost care when receiving and executing orders for products and when assessing requests for services.

  3. The delivery address provided by the consumer is the place of delivery.

  4. In case of late delivery, the entrepreneur must inform the customer in writing and provide a reasonable additional delivery period.



Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

  1. When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving reasons within 14 days. The withdrawal period starts the day after the consumer receives the product or a representative previously designated by the consumer and known to the entrepreneur.

  2. During the withdrawal period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to assess whether they wish to keep it. If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories and in its original condition and packaging, according to the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.

  3. After notifying the entrepreneur of their intention to withdraw, the consumer must return the product within 14 days of receipt. The consumer must provide proof that the items were returned on time, e.g., a shipping receipt.



Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, the maximum cost of returning the item is borne by the consumer.



Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The entrepreneur may exclude the consumer’s right of withdrawal for certain products. The exclusion applies only if the entrepreneur has clearly stated this in the offer or in time before the agreement is concluded.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is possible for products:
a. created according to the consumer’s specifications;
b. of a clearly personal nature;

For personalized products, the consumer’s right of withdrawal is excluded. This also applies to offered designs that are customized.



Article 9 – Complaints Procedure

Complaints about received products must be reported by the consumer within 7 days of discovery via email to the entrepreneur. We will make every effort to assist you with any complaints.
