Refund policy

Not completely satisfied with your order? We’ve got you covered. You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

All items are carefully checked during production and again before shipping to ensure the highest quality. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Unused, unworn, and undamaged

- Returned in their original packaging

- Complete with all tags and accessories intact

Items with make-up stains, signs of wear/washing/damage, or outside the 14-day return window unfortunately cannot be accepted.

How to Return

To start your return, send an email to hello@nineteesavenue.store with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide our return address and instructions.

As soon as we receive your return and verify that it meets the conditions above, the full purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 working days.

Exchanges

Looking for a different size? You can exchange your order within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive your return:

- If the item is in stock, it will be exchanged within 10 working days.

- If the item is not in stock within that time frame, we will refund the amount, and you’ll be kept fully updated throughout the process.
